I use this time to get to know you and your goals so we can build something thoughtful and creative from the start. My approach is grounded in fresh ideas, collaboration, and making sure creativity works for you—not against you.

production

Here is where the storytelling takes shape—whether it’s me capturing content on my phone for a quick-turn social media reel or coordinating a full multi-camera setup at a live event. This phase includes filming, setting up gear, adjusting lighting and audio, and capturing every moment that matters. The process scales to fit your needs—from fast, flexible shoots to detailed, cinematic productions—all with a focus on delivering bold, high-quality visuals that connect.

Post production

This is where raw footage transforms into powerful, polished content. This is my zone—where every frame, sound, and transition is crafted with intention and precision. I use industry-leading tools like DaVinci Resolve to deliver scroll-stopping social media clips, engaging YouTube videos, branded business promos, nonprofit storytelling reels, and even custom travel highlight videos.Video editing takes time and skill—let me handle the heavy lifting so your content stands out and resonates.

About me

I’m Jose, Founder and Creative Director of Raw Element—a creative agency rooted in storytelling and driven by impact. My journey started back in college, filming and editing videos for student groups and a campus ministry. I fell in love with the process of shaping raw footage into something meaningful. What began as a creative outlet quickly turned into a way to serve others—editing event recaps, testimonials, and promotional videos for nonprofits and local organizations.In 2024, I made the leap to pursue this full time. Today, I use tools like DaVinci Resolve to craft cinematic, high-quality content—from video editing and color correction to motion graphics and audio post. My past experience in operations and project management at mission-driven organizations gives me a unique edge: I bring both creative vision and structured execution to every project.At Raw Element, we work with small businesses, nonprofits, educational institutions, and social impact initiatives to tell stories that resonate.
